DFTS smartnumbers delivers online training through the Defence Learning Portal.
To improve the way that users benefit from the service, users can now access online training on DFTS smartnumbers through the Defence Learning Portal (DLP).
DFTS smartnumbers Web online tutorial
The online tutorials give an overview of the new web enhanced service and short tutorials upon how to get the most from the service:
- How to log-on to the service
- How to manage call settings and the address book
- How to record greetings
- Listen to voicemail and save messages
- How to use the Call Manager which gives quick access to the frequently used functions and control of incoming calls.
Online training is a convenient way to get the best out of the service. The tutorials are between 2-5 minutes in length with the flexibility to manage training at your own pace.
